Just as with Start Menu Programs, the folders and links of Start Menu Proper (the programs listed straight up above the Start Menu) may be hidden and redisplayed.
Many security setting changes require Windows to be restarted, so StormWindow provides command buttons to Restart Windows (for immediate changes) and to Shut Down Computer (to bring about changes later).
