The main StormWindow window consists mostly of a series of property pages, each viewable one-at-a-time, and a series of command buttons to the right, which are visible at all times. Most restrictions are set in place by placing a check mark into the check box for the particular desired restriction.

StormWindow, on its Desktop page, allows you to restrict access to many Windows 95 desktop features and commands. As you can see above, there are several protections that can be applied to the Start Menu and to the Windows 95 shell, both individually as well as collectively. Note: Many of these restrictions could be dangerous if not used with care, so the user should consider carefully the impact of each of these desktop restrictions before invoking it.
Please note that V.4.50's "No Right-Click on Desktop" setting has been replaced in V.4.55 with "Restrict Mouse on Desktop", which now includes protection, not only against the right mouse-click on the desktop, but also for the Alt-double-click key-mouse combination, as well.
Please note that V.4.50's "No Delete or F3 on Desktop" setting has been replaced in V.4.55 with "Restrict Keys on Desktop", which now includes protection, not only against the Delete and F3 keys on the desktop, but also for the F2 key, the Alt-Enter, Shift-F10, and Ctrl-X key combinations, and the Windows 95 keyboard "Context Menu" key, as well.
